Welcome to MOSO. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile applications and services. By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you use our applications, we may collect the following information:

Social Network Information: If you sign into our games through a social network, we may collect information that the network allows us to access, such as your user ID, email address, profile picture, gender, language, and device information.
Account Information: When you sign up for our services, we may collect your name, email address, and device information.
Purchase Information: Details about your in-app purchases and transaction history.
Usage Data: Information about how you use our applications, including gameplay data, session duration, and interactions with our services.
Technical Data: Device information, IP address, browser type, operating system, and other technical details.

2. Face Data and Photo Processing

                Important: We do not collect, extract, or store facial biometric data. We do not perform facial recognition or create facial templates for identification purposes.
            

What We Collect:

Some of our applications allow you to upload or capture photos for image processing features (such as virtual try-on, photo editing, or AI-generated effects). These photos may contain facial images.

How We Process Photos:

Your photos are used solely for the specific image generation or editing features within the application
Photos are temporarily sent to our secure AI image processing services via encrypted connections (HTTPS)
The AI processes the image according to the feature you selected (e.g., applying costume effects, filters, or edits)
The processed result is returned to your device
No facial analysis, biometric extraction, recognition, or identity verification occurs

Third-Party Processing Services:

Firebase Cloud Functions (Google Cloud Platform)
fal.ai (fal AI Inc.) — AI image generation and processing

Why we share photos with these services: Our applications require AI-powered image processing (such as background removal, photo enhancement, and document photo generation) that cannot be performed on your device. We share your photo with these services solely to perform the processing you requested, and for no other reason.

fal.ai data practices: fal.ai temporarily stores your uploaded image and the generated result for up to 24 hours to ensure reliable delivery, after which both are automatically deleted. This retention period is configured by us. fal.ai does not use your images for AI model training, analytics, advertising, or any other purpose beyond generating the requested output. Firebase/Google Cloud: Images are processed in real-time and are not retained after processing completes.

Data Retention:

Our servers: We do not store your uploaded photos on our own servers. Photos are transmitted directly to third-party processing services and the results are returned to your device.
Third-party servers: fal.ai retains images for up to 24 hours after processing to ensure reliable delivery, then automatically deletes them. We have configured the shortest practical retention period.
Device-side: Processed images may be stored locally on your device if you choose to save them (e.g., in the app's History section). You maintain full control over these images and can delete them at any time through the application.

No Sale or Marketing Use:

We do not sell, share for marketing purposes, or use your photos for any purpose other than providing the requested image processing service. Your photos are never used for advertising, training AI models, or any commercial purpose beyond the immediate service you requested.

Your Control:

You have full control over whether to use photo processing features
You can delete processed images from your device at any time
You can contact us to request information about how your data is processed

Security:

All photo uploads and processing occur over secure HTTPS connections with industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transmission.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes:

To provide and maintain our services
To improve user experience and develop new features
To prevent fraud and illegal activities
To provide customer support and respond to inquiries
To process transactions and send related information
To analyze usage patterns and optimize our services
To comply with legal obligations

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information in the following situations:

Leaderboards and Social Features: Your username, profile picture, and game performance may be displayed on leaderboards and shared with other players or your social networks.
Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our services, provide services on our behalf, or assist us in analyzing how our services are used.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Financial Information

All purchases and in-app purchases are processed through the platform on which you downloaded the application (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). We do not store or process your payment card details. We only maintain records of your purchases and aggregate spending information.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our applications are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our services and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier.

Types of cookies we use:

Session Cookies: These are temporary cookies that are deleted when you close your browser.
Persistent Cookies: These remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.
Analytics Cookies: We use Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use our services to help us improve them.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our services.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

The right to access, update, or delete your information

The right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

11. Voscribe — Audio Transcription Service

This section applies only to the Voscribe app. It supplements the general practices described above with details specific to audio recording and transcription.

11.1 Microphone Access

Voscribe requests access to your device microphone solely to record audio sessions that you choose to transcribe. The microphone is never active in the background; recording only starts when you tap "Start recording" and stops when you tap "Stop." You can revoke microphone permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → Voscribe.

11.2 How Your Audio Is Processed

When you start a transcription, the audio file you selected or recorded is uploaded to our processing partner AssemblyAI for speech-to-text conversion and speaker identification. Audio is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

We do not transmit your audio or transcripts to any other third party.

11.3 Retention and Deletion

We do not store your audio recordings or transcripts on our servers.
After AssemblyAI returns the transcript, the audio file and transcript are automatically deleted from AssemblyAI's servers via a deletion request issued by our backend. This typically happens within seconds of the transcript being generated.
The final transcript is stored locally on your device only. Deleting the app, or deleting a recording inside the app, removes that data permanently.

11.4 On-Device Data

Audio recordings made inside the app are saved to a private folder inside your device's app sandbox — not to the system Photos or Files library.
Transcripts, notes, edits, and rename actions are stored only on your device using Apple's SwiftData (a local on-device database).
We do not back up your Voscribe data to iCloud automatically. Standard iPhone device backups (if you use them) may include the app's container.

11.5 Sensitive Content Notice

Voscribe is a productivity tool for transcribing audio. It is not a medical record system, electronic health record (EHR), or covered health-information service. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to record and transcribe, and for complying with applicable laws — including patient or participant consent requirements where you practice.

If you are subject to HIPAA, GDPR, or similar regulations, please review those requirements before recording sessions and consider whether a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is appropriate for your use case. Contact us if you need information about AssemblyAI's enterprise BAA options.

11.6 Supported File Types

Voscribe accepts the audio and video formats supported by AssemblyAI, including but not limited to MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, FLAC, OGG, MP4, MOV, M4V, AVI, MKV, and WebM. When you select a video file, only its audio track is sent for transcription.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
