2. Face Data and Photo Processing

                Important: We do not collect, extract, or store facial biometric data. We do not perform facial recognition or create facial templates for identification purposes.
            

What We Collect:

Some of our applications allow you to upload or capture photos for image processing features (such as virtual try-on, photo editing, or AI-generated effects). These photos may contain facial images.

How We Process Photos:

Your photos are used solely for the specific image generation or editing features within the application
Photos are temporarily sent to our secure AI image processing services via encrypted connections (HTTPS)
The AI processes the image according to the feature you selected (e.g., applying costume effects, filters, or edits)
The processed result is returned to your device
No facial analysis, biometric extraction, recognition, or identity verification occurs

Third-Party Processing Services:

Photos may be processed using third-party AI services including:

Firebase Cloud Functions (Google Cloud Platform)
AI image generation and processing APIs

These services process images in real-time for the sole purpose of generating your requested output. They do not retain your photos after processing completes.

Data Retention:

Server-side: Photos uploaded for processing are retained only during the active processing period (typically 20-60 seconds) and are automatically deleted immediately after the processed image is returned to your device. We do not store uploaded photos on our servers.
Device-side: Processed images may be stored locally on your device if you choose to save them (e.g., in the app's History section). You maintain full control over these images and can delete them at any time through the application.

No Sale or Marketing Use:

We do not sell, share for marketing purposes, or use your photos for any purpose other than providing the requested image processing service. Your photos are never used for advertising, training AI models, or any commercial purpose beyond the immediate service you requested.

Your Control:

You have full control over whether to use photo processing features
You can delete processed images from your device at any time
You can contact us to request information about how your data is processed

Security:

All photo uploads and processing occur over secure HTTPS connections with industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transmission.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes:

To provide and maintain our services

All purchases and in-app purchases are processed through the platform on which you downloaded the application (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). We do not store or process your payment card details. We only maintain records of your purchases and aggregate spending information.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
